At the Caio Terra Academy, we specialize in teaching a systematic approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu that is efficient, safe, and, above all, fun! If you have never tried it, we offer two excellent intro classes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 pm. All classes are taught by Caio Terra certified black belts and follow his CTA curriculum.
If you have trained before and want to get back into it, now is also a fantastic time. Harder than starting Jiu Jitsu is restarting after a long layoff, and we realize that! Come into a CTA or CTB class and restart your journey today.
For those who train regularly, compete, and want to take their training to the next level, we have competition classes three times a week. This is an invite-only class, and you must be an active competitor.
We also offer CTC classes for the more advanced students. The requirement for this class is you must be a colored belt and be comfortable with live training. Here we explore advanced concepts, techniques and positions that sure to elevate your game.
