At the Caio Terra Academies, we understand that sometimes life happens! All cancellations must be made in writing, by email, or using the form below. For those on the first year of the one-year contract, there will be a $300 cancellation fee. We allow a grace period of three days from the date billed to receive a refund. Memberships cannot be transferred, and there are absolutely no refunds on prepaid memberships.
