CURRICULUM: WEEK OF AUGUST 13th

Whether it's your first day or you've been training for decades, we have a class for you.

INTRO / CT-A: The starting point for learning Professor's Jiu-Jitsu. This class emphasizes the most important techniques and movements of BJJ with positional training as time allows.

CT-B: Continues to expand on the concepts in CT-A while introducing more advanced positions and submissions. More live training is introduced from the positions being taught.

CT-C: Advanced Curriculum designed by Professor Caio for students (4-stripe white belts and above) who are already familiar with the A and B curriculums. This class offers challenging technical training in addition to full length live training rounds.
