
Training offers many benefits, not least of which is the ability to move your body. Movement is what levels the playing field against larger and stronger opponents. Though Professor Caio's curriculum teaches us the techniques of Jiu-Jitsu, it is the movements that allow us to understand Jiu-Jitsu and its importance in our lives.
