We're back for another week of training!
While Jiu-Jitsu is often an individual endeavor, we would never be able to improve without our training partners and friends. Take good care of your teammates, thank them for training with you and do what you can to help them learn.
Being a good training partner can be as simple as giving appropriate resistance when they're drilling a technique or asking the instructor when you're unsure of what to do.
