Our Instructors are often asked which class is the best for students to attend. The answer varies greatly depending on your schedule, experience, injuries, goals, and many other factors.
In general if you are looking to focus on learning the core of Professor Caio's curriculum, the best classes would be Intro and CT-A (Fundamentals). These classes give you the necessary movement and technique to understand the rest of the curriculum. Situational training is limited to short, supervised rounds at the end of class.
CT-B (Advanced Fundamentals) adds new details, reactions and moves to what you've already learned in CT-A. These classes include more situational sparring but still focus on technical development above live training.
CT-C is reserved for 4 stripe white belts and above. These classes cover high level techniques and reactions and place more emphasis on situational and live sparring. This class demonstrates just how fun Jiu-Jitsu can be once you understand the movements and techniques in the A and B classes.
