Spring is a few weeks away, and after a couple of weeks of super cold temperatures, we can't wait for the warmer weather to arrive! This week in CTB, we will be going over X guard. X guard was made popular by Marcelo Garcia, and over the years, it has become one of the fundamental guards of Jiu Jitsu. It is also one of the few guards that work equally well in gi and no gi!
