The techniques in A and B are challenging at first but crucial to developing your movement. Movement is key, not only to understanding Jiu Jitsu but to improving your quality of life off the mats! Always remember that if you are struggling with a concept in class, you can continue drilling afterward or ask questions of the instructors. You can even drop by an Intro class where the instructors have more time to break down each technique and answer your questions.
