This past weekend Andy Tomas, Kaniela Kahuanui, Benji Silva and Yuri Simoes competed in fight to win 8 in San Francisco. The show got off to an amazing start as Andy made quick work of his opponent winning by flying triangle in the first minute. Up next was Benji Silva and after a hard fought match he was awarded the victory. Everyone trained very hard for this and it really showed. Kaniela played a very strategic match vs a very game opponent and in the end fell a little short.
The main event was a rematch of two ADCC champions Dean Lister and Yuri Simoes. Dean is always a game opponent but from the start Yuri showed everyone why he is currently one of the best in the world. After ten minutes and a dominant performance Yuri was awarded a victory.
