Last weekend, was the IBJJF San Jose Spring open. Students and instructors showed up to compete, coach, and cheer on the team through two hard-fought days of matches. No matter the outcome, we are all better for it! In the end, CTA took home both trophies for Gi and no gi. Great job Team!
Many people consider Jiu-Jitsu an individual sport, however, last weekend showed just how much we rely on one another. CTA is more than a name; it is the dedication and passion of Professor Caio, our instructors, and every student who comes to class each week. Anyone can be a champion; a team united creates a legacy.
