This past weekend CTA Athletes made the trip to Vegas to compete in the 2015 Las Vegas Spring International Open. For many, this is the last tournament before worlds to find tune their games and figure out that they need more work on. Overall no one left with any serious injuries so it was a very great weekend.
In the white belt division Shirley Yeh took home second, and Craig Faria was crowned champion. In the blue belt division Matt Danna and Carlos Cappela closed out taking home gold! In the purple belt division, Benji Silva and Ryan Walsh took home silver, Mateo Nares and Kaniela Kahuanui got third, and Renato Tagliari took home first! In the brown belt adult division Marco had tough matches and took home second!
In the black belt division, Vitor Paschoal and Ken Primola both took home third. Next up, WORLDS!!!
