Big changes are coming to the Caio Terra Academy! Starting Wednesday, July 17th, Mason Fowler will take over as the Caio Terra Academy No Gi Director. Mason is one of CTA's most decorated competitors and one of the best in the world in terms of no-gi grappling.
When he isn't competing, he will be teaching and structuring all our no-gi classes along with Professor Caio Terra.
Also new, starting on the 17th, is our Wednesday No Gi Class at 7:15 pm. In addition to twenty gi classes offered, we will now have four no gi classes! Hope to see you on the mat!
