Starting at 10:30 we have family Jiu Jitsu. Parents learn as your child learns and be a part of their journey int he martial arts! No experience is required and ages are welcome!
Our second class is 11:30 competition training. This class is for advanced students only and covers the theory and application of Jiu Jitsu. For children that are thinking of competing this class should be mandatory!
