
Ready for summer?
We strive to make your child bully-free for life while having fun and making new friends!
Our Summer Camp is designed for kids ages 4 and up with no previous training experience required. We expect kids to have a blast learning and practicing Jiu-Jitsu and “Anti-Bullying” scenarios under the guidance of our CTA Youth Program Instructors.
Each day will include a variety of Jiu-Jitsu Self Defense techniques, take-downs, and agility workouts to improve your child’s confidence, fitness, and athletic ability. We will also include elements of judo, nutritional education, games, and group challenges. Each day of camp will start and end with a lesson review to help kids retain what they have learned in class.
Sessions will be taught and led by Coach Rafa and Coach Thamara and their assistants. In order to provide the best experience possible to all our campers, space is limited. CURRENT CTA STUDENTS | PARENTS TALK WITH COACHES FOR REGISTRATION DISCOUNTS.

What to Bring:
Kids should bring shoes that are easy to slip on and off, a water bottle, comfortable clothing, and a Clean gi (a clean and disinfected Jiu Jitsu uniform can be rented at the Front Desk for $10).
Please have each child bring 2 snacks (no candy or soda) and water. Please let us know of any food allergies your child might have and be mindful of others with food allergies when packing your child's snacks. Friday we will provide pizza!
